Environmental Authorisation
In the Australian Capital Territory, the ACT Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administers environmental authorisations for weed spraying. You are required to hold an environmental authorisation to spray weeds for commercial purposes. To obtain an environmental authorisation for weed control, you are expected to have completed the standard competency units covered in our chemical course.
