Ground Spray Licence
In the Northern Territory, The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade administers The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 2004. Accordingly, individuals who spray weeds for a fee must hold a licence. You must also get a licence to own a spray application business.
There are three categories of professional spray licences:
